    Booth Information

    1. When will I be receiving my exhibitor kit and what is included?

    • The Freeman exhibitor kit will be available by December 2024.
    • For more information and helpful hints on products and services, orders & invoicing, shipping & freight, and other top questions, please visit FreemanOnline's FAQ page. 
    • Please review IAEE Guidelines.pdf for Display Rules & Regulations for your linear booth.
      Please note IAEE Guidelines will be strictly enforced. Any violations will be handled appropriately. 


    2. Where and When can I order furniture for my booth? 

    • Place your order on FreemanOnline to take advantage of advance order discount rates, place your order by February 25th, 2025.

    • Freeman offers an Optional Booth Furniture Package for $421.10, if you order before February 25th, 2025.  
    • The package will include
      • 6’ Table with choice of drape color
      • 2 Chairs
      • 1 Wastebasket


    3. What if I am not using Freeman as my booth contractor?

    • You will need to fill out and submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form. Please download that HERE. 
    • Submit these forms back to sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com no later than February 25, 2025.

    5. What is included in my exhibit booth?

    The booths are carpeted with the existing event center carpet.

    • Single Booth Size: 10'x10'
    • Double Booth Size: 20'x10'
    • Triple Booth Size: 30'x10'
    • Pipe and drape
    • One booth identification sign (we use your Company Name submitted on the materials submission form)
    • No furniture is provided. You can order furniture or plain black carpet through The Freeman Company


    6. What other benefits are included with my exhibitor package? (subject to deadlines and payments)

    • Company description and contact information on the Conference Website and Mobile App
    • Presence on Conference Marketing Materials
    • Emailed attendee list (2 pre-lists and 1 post-conference list)
    • Conference Registrations (quantity as dictated by your exhibitor or sponsorship package)
    • Franchisee VIP Passes (non-transferable, quantity as dictated by your exhibitor or sponsorship package)


    7. What do I need to do if I want to serve food, beverages or provide a massage, chiropractic or stretching service (salon services such as waxing and lash extension are NOT be permitted) at my booth?

    Due to specific health regulations in Las Vegas, you need to be approved to provide food or beverages at your booth. Please contact Chelsea Weitzman, chelseaw@franchiseupdate.com - Deadline to request is February 28th, 2025.
