Lead retrieval services help to capture your leads during the 2025 conference. Captello empowers exhibitors with a streamlined solution for Lead Retrieval at MUFC. Easily scan, collect, qualify and export using this user-friendly app.

Once you've completed your purchase,  you are guaranteed access to the Captello Lead Retrieval App. Your unique login information will be sent to you a couple weeks prior to the conference. 

A designated primary user can access and set-up your company's online portal (easiest via computer). This user will set-up your company profile, configure the capture form, and may invite up to 4 additional staff reps to also use the app during the event. Please visit the HOW-TO-GUIDE for more detailed instructions on account set-up and how to use the Captello App.

The additional users will receive an email from Captello with app download instructions. PLEASE NOTE: This email may end up in your spam folder. The email will include an Auth Code located at the bottom of the email. After downloading the app, enter your email (you must use the same email account that received the Captello email) and Auth Code to gain access. 

1. Scan Leads:

- Scan QR Codes on your phone from event-attendee badges using the QR code reader on the Captello App. (After opening the app and selecting the event, click the "Capture" button, then the green "Scan Badge" button).

2. Qualify Leads:

- Capture, qualify and export leads to generate sales revenue on events. 

3. Leads Collected:

- Access your full leads collected list directly from the app. (After opening the app and selecting the event, click the "Leads" button). 

4. Get Leads Report:

- Instantly export your entire lead list via the online portal or the app. 

- For the main user to export via the portal, click "Leads" on the left navigation bar, then select the green "Export" button on the top right of the page. See the HOW-TO-GUIDE for instructions. 

- Via the app, select the "Leads" section, then select the 3 vertical dots on the top right and hit "Export submissions." 

- You will enter your email address to send the collected leads and contact data to your inbox. 

*Lead information to be shared will be name, title, company, physical address, email address and phone number.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Captello App relies on a stable internet connection to successfully sync your scanned leads into your final leads export file. Based on the venue's internet connection and the settings of your scanning device, it is possible for leads to be temporarily held up within the Captello app. For optimal use, please make sure you always have a strong internet connection while exporting your leads.
