    Registration Instructions

    How to register staff included with your exhibit space or sponsorship:

    You must ONLY register using the registration link provided to you or you may be charged fees.


    1. Use the link provided to you in your sponsor details email from Heather Stoner. If you cannot locate the link please email sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com and the link will be resent to you.
    2. Select the number of tickets you would like in the box next to the ticket type that says FREE and is highlighted.
    3. Hit the ORDER NOW button to proceed through registration on the next page.


    Important to note


    You must complete registration before the allotted time runs out. Also, do not exit out of the registration page before completing registration. If this occurs, your link will need 90 minutes to reset as a security measure. After 90 minutes, your link will become valid again for use. Please contact the Sponsor Department sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com for registration difficulties.

    All exhibitors/sponsors need to register their attendees using the promo code link provided in their Online Conference Manual email. Your promo code link allows you to register to the conference FOR FREE your specific number of staff included in your exhibitor/sponsorship purchase.

    1. Why do I need to register? I thought I already paid?

    • We request our exhibitors/sponsors to register and use their promo code link ASAP. We need to make badges for your staff and have them printed BEFORE the conference and available for pick-up at our registration desk. Registering also places you on the pre-attendee list.

    • Your promo code link will only allow you to register for the conference FOR FREE-your specific number of people included with your package.

    • Exhibitors receive 2 free staff registrations per 10x10 booth space. For info on other sponsor levels, please click on your sponsor link in your Online Conference Manual email. Contact sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com to receive this email.



    Additional Staff


    • Once you've used the free registrations attached to your sponsorship, you can register the same number of additional staff for $995 each.  Please check your Online Conference Manual email to see the number of paid additional registrations and the promo code link to use to register them. Email  sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com if you cannot find your link or have any questions.


    How to register additional attendees at the $695 rate:

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the tickets and enter in your promo code 17sponad

    2. Hit the apply button. You will see the registration price is now $695.

    3. Select the number of tickets under either Franchisor Sponsor/Exhibitor or Supplier Sponsor/Exhibitor.

    4. Hit the register button and proceed through registration.

    Registration Policies

    • Your registration includes a free subscription to Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine and the Multi-Unit Franchisee Report. 


    • We do not offer day passes or partial passes for this conference. 


    SUBSTITUTIONS


    We understand that plans may change and are happy to accommodate substitutions up to 48 hours prior to the event. Substitutions will not be allowed on site. Please email mufcconference@fumgmail.com and include the name, company and email address for the registration you wish to substitute.


    REGISTRATION TYPE POLICIES


    Franchisor & Supplier Representatives:

    All company representative registrants must be salaried employees of the sponsor/exhibiting company. Third party consultants can only attend as suppliers and must pay the appropriate supplier rate.

    Registrants for the sponsor or exhibitor companies must have the same company name on their badge as the one they are representing.

    Product and service provider companies (including, but not excluding real estate, finance, development) must register as a supplier non-sponsor. Registrations as any other type will not be accepted.

     PLEASE BE ADVISED: We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that do not abide by our policies.
