PLEASE NOTE: If you have both a booth and a sponsorship, your VIPs add together (e.g., Gold Sponsor + 10x10 booth = 5 VIPs total).

HOW IT WORKS

Franchisee VIPs are invited to join the full conference as your VIP guest, free of charge. They can experience all sessions, exhibit hall cocktail receptions, and franchisee-only events at no cost to them. CLICK HERE to view the agenda.

Please Note: VIP Franchisees are responsible for booking and financing their own travel and hotel accommodations.

To submit your VIPs, please email the following information to sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com:

Our team will review each submission to confirm that your nominees meet all of the eligibility requirements which are explained below. If your Franchisee VIP is approved, they will receive an official email invitation to register for the conference on your behalf.

The Deadline to Submit is March 13, 2026. We will not be accepting VIP nominations on-site, so please submit EARLY.

VIP FRANCHISEE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the program is used as intended, the following requirements apply to all submissions:

• VIP Franchisee invitations are for franchisees only and are non-transferable. Franchisor and Supplier attendees do not qualify for this program.
• The nominated franchisee must own and operate at least one franchise unit to be eligible.
• Franchisee VIPs cannot be employees of the exhibiting or sponsoring company.
• Franchisees who are already registered for the conference are not eligible for this program.
• Area Developers: A franchisee who also serves as an Area Developer, may qualify for this program only if they are attending as a franchisee for a different brand than the one they represent as an AD. If they are an AD and a franchisee of the same brand, they do not qualify.
