    EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS

    Shipping & Material Handling

Learn how to ship materials to MUFC, get them delivered to your booth, and arrange shipping after the conference.

    01   CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD

    Who Can Ship My Materials?

You can use Freeman Transportation or any carrier of your choice. Both options are permitted.

    OPTION 1

    Freeman Transportation (COMING SOON!)

Freeman can arrange transportation of your exhibit materials to MUFC and back after the conference. This service is optional.

    FREEMAN TRANSPORTATION →
    OPTION 2

    Your Own Carrier

You may use any shipping or freight carrier. Arrange transportation directly with your provider using one of the receiving addresses and delivery windows below.

Shipping and Material Handling Are Different Services

Shipping is the transportation of your materials to and from Las Vegas. You choose the carrier.

Material handling is Freeman's service for receiving freight, delivering it to your booth, storing empty containers, and returning freight to the loading area after the show. Freeman material-handling fees apply separately, regardless of your shipping carrier.

    02   CHOOSE WHERE TO SHIP

Where Should I Send My Shipment?

Choose one of the two receiving locations. The correct address and arrival date depend on which option you select.

Final receiving cutoff: 3:00 PM on April 26

Freeman receives and stores your materials at its warehouse, then delivers them to your booth for move-in.

    IMPORTANT FOR WAREHOUSE SHIPMENTS

    Avoid the After-Deadline Charge

The advance warehouse accepts shipments through April 26 at 3:00 PM, but the last day to arrive without Freeman's after-deadline charge is April 20, 2027.

    MARCH 26 – APRIL 20
    No after-deadline charge
    APRIL 21 – APRIL 26 BY 3 PM
    Accepted, with after-deadline charge

Deadlines are based on when Freeman receives your shipment, not when you send it. Standard material-handling fees still apply.

    03   PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT

    Before You Ship

Make sure each shipment is clearly labeled and scheduled to arrive within the correct receiving window.

    • Include your exhibiting company name, event name, booth number, and piece count on every shipment.
    • Number multiple pieces individually (for example, 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4).
    • For oversized, uncrated, hazardous, temperature-controlled, or unusual freight, review Freeman's event-specific Quick Facts before arranging delivery.

    04   AT THE CONFERENCE

What Happens When My Shipment Arrives?

Once Freeman receives your shipment, their material-handling team manages delivery and empty-container storage.

    STEP 1
    Freight Received
Freeman receives your shipment at the warehouse or show site.
    STEP 2
    Delivered to Booth
Your materials are brought to your exhibit space for setup.
    STEP 3
    Empties Stored
Freeman stores empty containers during the conference.
    STEP 4
    Empties Returned
Containers are returned after the show for packing.

    05   SHIPPING HOME

    Outbound Shipping & Move-Out

After the exhibit hall closes, Freeman returns your stored empty containers. Follow these steps to prepare your shipment for pickup.

    STEP 1

    Pack Your Materials

Wait for empty containers to be returned, then pack and prepare your freight.

    STEP 2

    Complete Paperwork

Complete your outbound shipping information and Material Handling Agreement.

    STEP 3

    Arrange Carrier Pickup

Coordinate pickup with your carrier so your freight can be collected after the show.

Important: If your designated carrier does not arrive to pick up your freight, Freeman may arrange shipment at your expense. Complete all required outbound paperwork before freight is released.

    ADDITIONAL SHIPPING RESOURCES

    Freeman Shipping Documents (COMING SOON!)

Use Freeman's event-specific resources for shipping instructions, material-handling rates, special freight requirements, and preparation checklists. The 2027 documents will be added when available.
