The Freeman Online Exhibitor Kit is where you will find all the information for ordering furniture, electricity or wifi for your booth, shipping dates, costs, address and timing, IAEE booth guidelines, lead retrieval ordering information and many other helpful items.

To place online orders, you will be required to enter your unique Username and Password. Please go to FreemanOnline, click on the "Login" button on the top right. From there, you may enter your Username and Password if you have one from previous years.

If you don't have a Username and Password previously setup, click on the "Create an Account" link at the top of the login box. You'll first search for your brand and then will be prompted to create a username and password. 

Take advantage of Freeman's advance order discount rates and order your booth materials through FreemanOnline. Ordering early gives you access to a wider selection of products at discounted prices, saving you time and money. The advance order discount rates will expire on February 25, 2025.

Please note that if you try and search for your Company/Brand in the Freeman Online Portal and it does not come up, please continue to try and it will eventually show up. Companies/Brands who have recently booked or changed booth numbers take 7-10 days to update in the Freeman system.

If you have any Electrical, Internet, or Audio/ Visual needs for your booth, you can place orders for these items through Encore's online portal.
