The Freeman Online Exhibitor Kit is where you will find all the information for ordering furniture for your booth, shipping labels, dates, costs, location and timing, lead retrieval ordering information and many other helpful items.

IMPORTANT: All exhibitors MUST adhere to the The IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules & Regulations, which outline the official standards for booth design, height limitations, and line-of-sight requirements to ensure a fair and consistent exhibit environment for all participants.

Accessing Freeman Online

To place orders, you’ll need to create a unique Username and Password.

• Visit FreemanOnline and click “Login” in the top-right corner.

• If you’ve used Freeman before, you can log in with your existing credentials.

• If you have not used Freeman before, click the orange “Create an Account” link at the top of the login box. You’ll first search for your company or brand, then be prompted to create a username and password.

Please Note: If you try and search for your Company/Brand in the Freeman Online Portal and it does not come up, please continue to try and search every few days and it will eventually appear. Companies/Brands who have recently booked or changed booth numbers take 7-10 days to update in the Freeman system.

Encore is the official provider for all Electrical, Internet, and Audio/ Visual needs at Caesars Forum Conference Center. If your booth requires power, monitors, audio, lighting, or wired/ wireless internet these must be ordered directly through Encore. 

To save 20% on your ENCORE order, make sure to place it before the DISCOUNT DEADLINE of: March 4, 2026. After this date, any items/services ordered will be at full price.

Any order that is placed after March 19, 2026, will be subject to availability of the item requested.

SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR POLICIES AGREEMENT

DUE: MARCH 13, 2026

In order to provide equitable benefits, consistent exposure, and a positive experience for all MUFC Sponsors and Exhibitors, we require every participating company to review and sign the Sponsor & Exhibitor Policies Agreement. This document outlines important rules, conduct expectations, and compliance requirements for participation.

Please download, sign, and send the completed form to sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com or submit it via the Policies Agreement Task in your MUFC Portal.

EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR (EAC) FORM

DUE: MARCH 13, 2026

• If you plan to use a vendor other than Freeman to build, dismantle, and/or handle the loading or unloading of your booth, you must submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Form. Please download, complete, and email the form to sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com by the deadline.

• Each booth includes black pipe and drape ONLY, which consists of 8 ft. high back drape and 4ft. high side drapes.
• Please Note: Booth flooring is NOT REQUIRED. Caesars Forum Conference Center has clean, comfortable ballroom carpet throughout the exhibit hall.
• No furniture is provided with your booth space. Freeman has put together a basic booth furniture package for your convenience.
