- If Freeman discovers you wheeling items in, they reserve the right to redirect you through the loading doc and charge you a fee.

What is included in my booth space?
Each exhibit booth includes standard black pipe and drape only (8 ft. high back drape and 4 ft. side drapes), existing event center carpet, and one identification sign (company name only).
NO FURNITURE is provided. You can order furniture through The Freeman Company. All information regarding ordering furniture or services for your booth can be FOUND HERE.

Sampling Food or Offering Services at Your Booth
Exhibitors who wish to sample food or beverages, or provide a service such as massage, chiropractic or stretching, must receive prior approval due to Las Vegas Health Regulations.
