Who Do I Order From?
MUFC uses two primary service providers. What you need determines which company you should order from.
Freeman
For furniture, flooring, exhibit setup, and material handling.
• Upgraded carpet and flooring
• Installation and dismantle labor
• Material handling and exhibit support
Encore
For electricity, connectivity, and audio/visual equipment.
• Wired and wireless internet
• Monitors, displays, and audio
• Lighting and other A/V services
Remember: Furniture is not included with your standard booth. If you need tables, chairs, wastebaskets, or additional furnishings, you'll need to order them through Freeman.
Furniture & Exhibit Services
Freeman is MUFC's official general services contractor. Use FreemanOnline to place orders for furnishings and physical exhibit services.

Freeman Basic Booth Furniture Package (COMING SOON!)
A convenient option if you only need basic booth furnishings.
Includes: One 6-foot table with your choice of drape color, two chairs, and one wastebasket.

Encore is the official provider for electrical, internet, and audio/visual services at Caesars Forum. Order these services directly through Encore.
Place Your Encore Order
Order electrical power, wired or wireless internet, monitors, audio equipment, lighting, and other A/V services for your exhibit.
Shipping Is Covered Separately
