Your booth configuration determines the display heights and sightline requirements that apply to your exhibit.
Review the IAEE Display Rules
All exhibitors must review and comply with the complete IAEE Display Rules & Regulations before designing or installing their exhibit.
Linear / In-Line
Typically 10 ft. × 10 ft., with neighboring booths on either side.
Front half: Up to 4 ft.
Neighboring sightlines must be maintained.
Corner
Located at the end of a booth row, with aisles on two sides.
Perimeter
A linear booth located along an outside wall of the exhibit hall.
Other applicable linear booth requirements still apply.
Island
Typically 20 ft. × 20 ft. or larger, with aisles on all four sides.
These summaries are provided for quick reference only. The complete IAEE guidelines govern all booth designs.
Materials, Approvals & Contractors
Review the following requirements if you plan to bring your own materials, offer food or services, or hire an outside contractor.
Hand-Carry & Dolly Guidelines
Items you can personally hand-carry may generally be brought into the exhibit hall. If you need a cart or wheeled equipment, you may be directed to the loading dock, where Freeman material-handling charges may apply.
A small two-wheel dolly may occasionally be permitted, but access is not guaranteed. Exhibitors should not rely on dolly access. Attempt at your own risk! If your materials cannot reasonably be hand-carried, plan for shipping or appropriate material handling instead.
Review Shipping & Material Handling →Food or Beverage Sampling & Booth Services
